Rose – Wellness Mentor, Speaker, and Purpose-Driven Mama

With over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness space, Rose has dedicated her life to empowering others—especially women and mothers—to live with intention, vitality, and purpose. Her journey began with a personal commitment to natural living and holistic health, but it deepened profoundly with the birth of her daughter.

As a wellness educator, mentor, and speaker, Rose has spent years guiding women to embrace their unique purpose, cultivate a balanced lifestyle, and show up fully—body, mind, and spirit. She brings not only knowledge and professionalism but a deep sense of heart and authenticity to every interaction.

In recent years, her passion has grown to include the sacred work of intentional parenting. She now focuses on helping mothers raise their children in a home rooted in wellness, spiritual alignment, and conscious living—while still nourishing themselves along the way.

Mommy & Me Organics is an extension of that mission: a space where families, especially mothers and their little ones, can find tools, community, and support to thrive in every area of life.
